Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best possible spiritual services. However, due to the digital and time-based nature of our consultations, our refund policy is as follows:

Consultations

Once a consultation (Call/Chat) is completed, it is non-refundable. If an astrologer fails to attend a scheduled session, the full amount will be refunded to your Wallet within 24 hours.

Shop Items (Yantras/Rudraksha)

Physical items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged in transit. Since these are energized items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Pooja Services

Booked Poojas can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled Mahurat for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% Samagri deduction fee.
